摘要
针对强动压巷道围岩控制难题,以镇城底矿28620工作面动压巷道为研究对象,通过现场对工作面巷道围岩表面及内部观测,得到动压巷道围岩变形破坏的主要三大特征,分析了动压巷道围岩变形破坏机理,结合工作面围岩赋存特征,以镇城底矿动压巷道为例提出了围岩控制技术,并进行工业性试验。试验结果显示:动压巷道围岩控制技术控制效果良好,巷道受动压扰动影响较小,在工作面回采期间,巷道围岩变形量在可控范围之内,未影响到工作面正常回采作业。
Aiming at the difficult problem of surrounding rock control of high dynamic pressure roadway, taking the dynamic pressure roadway of 28620 working face of Zhenchengdi coal mine as the research object, three main characteristics of surrounding rock deformation and destruction of dynamic pressure roadway are obtained through on-site observation of surrounding rock surface and interior of working face roadway. The deformation and destruction mechanism of surrounding rock of dynamic pressure roadway is analyzed. Combining with the occurrence characteristics of surrounding rock in working face, taking the dynamic pressure roadway of Zhenchengdi coal mine as an example, the surrounding rock control technology is put forward and the industrial test is carried out. The test results show that the dynamic pressure roadway surrounding rock control technology has good control effect, and the roadway is less affected by dynamic pressure disturbance. During the mining period of the working face, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is within the controllable range, which does not affect the normal mining operation of the working face.
