摘要 针对高性能硅钢的轧制过程中,多条管路的乳化液流量相互耦合,造成流量难以控制的问题,研究设计了硅钢轧制过程中乳化液流量控制解耦方法。实践表明,本方法思路清晰、实用性强,很大程度上解决了由于管路中乳化液流量相互耦合而造成难以控制的问题,可推广应用于同类或相近的工业场合。 Aimming at the the problem that the flow rate of emulsion fluid is difficult to control due to the coupling of several pipelines in the rolling process of high performance silicon steel, the decoupling method of emulsion flow control in silicon steel rolling process is studied and designed. The practice shows that this method has clear thinking,strong practicability, and to a large extent solves the problem which is difficult to control due to the coupling of emulsion flow in pipeline. The method can be widely used in the same or similar industrial applications.
