汉钢提升烧结矿质量实践

摘要 汉钢通过加强原燃料质量把关,优化原燃料结构,合理控制烧结矿成分,实施系列工艺改进措施,加强日常操作,烧结矿碱度稳定率提升至91.15%,烧结矿转鼓指数达到79.25%,烧结矿粒级及冶金性能得到改善。 By strengthening the quality control of raw materials and fuels, optimizing the structure of raw materials and fuels, reasonably controlling sinter composition, implementing a series of technological improvement measures, and strengthening daily operation, the basicity stability rate of sinter has been raised to 91.15%, the sinter drum index has reached 79.25%, and the granularity and metallurgical properties of sinter have been improved.
