垣曲冶炼厂200 t阳极炉的设计使用寿命为8个月,针对影响阳极炉寿命的诸多因素如作业时间长、终点温度高、风口区损耗过快提出了相应的处理措施,取得了较好的效果。

200 t anode furnace has a design life of 8 months in Yuanqu smelting plant. Aiming at many factors affecting the life of the anode furnace, such as long working time, high end temperature and too fast loss in the tuyere area, corresponding treatment measures were put forward, and good results were obtained.
