摘要
在经济全球化背景下,越来越多的民营企业走出去,跨国经营中常有文化冲突发生。文章基于福耀玻璃工业集团股份有限公司(以下简称“福耀”)文化冲突案例的分析,从文化维度理论和现实维度的视角来探析文化冲突的根本原因。提出跨文化管理的主要策略是消除语言障碍,发展文化认同及文化融合。
Nowadays more and more private companies expand their business internationally in the background of economic globalization,so it's inevitable to encounter cultural conflicts during their operations.The article tries to find out the fundamental reasons of cross-cultural conflicts from the perspective of cultural dimensions theory and of reality dimensions based on the case of Fuyao Glass.The countermeasures against cultural conflicts are to remove language obstacles,develop cultural identity,and realize cultural integration.
