污水处理用改性聚丙烯复合填料的制备及其性能研究

Preparation and performance of modified polypropylene compounding packing for wastewater treatment

选用具有磁性、生物亲和亲水性及吸附性的添加剂,如磁粉、聚乙烯醇、活性炭、磷灰石等与聚丙烯熔融共混,制备了2种水处理用改性复合填料,研究了添加剂含量及种类对改性复合填料吸水性、吸附性能的影响。结果表明,添加6%(wt,质量分数,下同)磁粉、1.5%硬脂酸、8%增塑聚乙烯醇、1%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、2%活性炭的生物亲和亲水磁化改性复合填料具有明显的吸水和吸附效果。

Two kinds of biological compounding packing for wastewater treatment were prepared by blending the polypropylene and some additives,the additives could choose magnetic powder,apatite,polyvinyl alcohol and activated carbon which were magnetic,biocompatible,hydrophilic and adsorptive.The effects of additives’contents and kinds on the water absorption as well as adsorption properties of modified compounding packing were investigated.It could be found that the bioaffinity hydrophilic-modified compounding packing which consisted of magnetic particle(6 wt%),stearic acid(1.5 wt%),plasticized PVA(8 wt%),maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(1 wt%),activated carbon(2 wt%)showed significant effect on water absorption and adsorption.
