摘要
将碳化硅(SiC)陶瓷先驱体聚碳硅烷(PCS)与ZSM-5分子筛共混并压片制成ZSM-5/PCS胚体,然后采用辐射固化和高温裂解制得具有特定形状的ZSM-5/SiC复合材料,并对ZSM-5/SiC复合材料进行了表征。研究表明,经过辐射固化-高温烧结制得的ZSM-5/SiC复合材料,既能保持ZSM-5分子筛特有的孔道结构,又融合了SiC的高强度、耐高温和抗腐蚀等优点,产率达到85.32%,为制备大尺寸完整形状的复合型催化剂提供了新的思路。
ZSM-5/SiC composites with a specific shape were successfully prepared by the shaping,irradiation curing and pyrolysis of PCS with ZSM-5 zeolites.ZSM-5/SiC composites were characterized.The results revealed that ZSM-5/SiC derived from radiation-cured ZSM-5/PCS could not only keep the shape of precursors after pyrolysis,but also took the advantages of excellent performance of SiC such as the high strength,high temperature and corrosion resistance.Furthermore,the yield of precursors was 85.32%.The research provided a new insight for the preparation of large-size and complete-shaped composite catalysts.
