金红石型纳米TiO_2表面硅铝包覆方式及其性能研究

摘要 为获得分散稳定性优良、耐候性强的水性油墨专用金红石型纳米TiO_2粉末,以硅酸钠、硫酸铝作为包覆剂,对纳米TiO_2进行硅铝双包膜处理,考察了不同包覆方法对产品性能的影响,得到TiO_2表面层的最佳包覆方式为水热逐层包覆。经这种方法包覆后得到的产品耐光性优良,应用于水性油墨中,分散较稳定,其Zeta电位值为-33mV,墨膜耐剥离性强,白度为95.46%,光泽度为50.3%,遮盖力为11.5g/m^2。 In order to obtain excellent dispersibility,strong weatherability rutile nano titanium dioxide for waterbased ink application,sodium silicate and aluminum sulfate as coating agent coated on TiO2 powders.The effect of different coating methods on the properties of product was studied.The best coating method was hydrothermal coating layer by layer.The product obtained by this method had excellent light fastness,When it was applied to water-based ink,its dispersion was stable.Zeta potential was-33 mV,and the peeling resistance was strong.The whiteness of ink film was 95.46%,the glossiness was 50.3% and the hiding power was 11.5 g/m2.
