Ag/AgO/羧甲基壳聚糖抗菌水凝胶制备及其释药性能研究

摘要 通过银(Ag)/氧化银(AgO)原位沉淀法制备具有pH敏感性的Ag/AgO/羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)抗菌水凝胶(Ag/AgO/CMCS)以及载药阿司匹林(ASA)的Ag/AgO/CMCS/ASA载药水凝胶,并对水凝胶的溶胀性能、降解性能、释药性能及抗菌性能的影响进行了研究。制得的Ag/AgO/CMCS/ASA载药凝胶的网络主要通过氢键和分子间作用力交联,交联点Ag主要以单质Ag和Ag^(2+)态存在。在缓冲溶液pH=7.4条件下,制得的Ag/AgO/CMCS/ASA载药凝胶在12h内的累计释药量为75.20%,对革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(Ec.oli)的抑制率最大达到92.32%,在医疗领域具有广阔的应用前景。 PH sensitive Ag/AgO/carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)bacteriostatic hydrogels(Ag/AgO/CMCS)and Ag/AgO/CMCS/ASA carrier potion gels were prepared by Ag/AgO in situ precipitation method,and the effects of swelling,degradation,drug release and antibacterial properties of hydrogels were studied.The network of Ag/AgO/CMCS/ASA drug-loaded gels produced was mainly cross-linking by hydrogen bonding and intermolecular forces,and the cross-linking silver was mainly present in the elemental Ag and Ag2+states.Under the condition of buffer solution pH=7.4,the cumulative release amount of Ag/AgO/CMCS/ASA drug-loaded gel was 75.20% within 12 h,and the inhibition rate of Gram-negative Escherichia coli(E.coli)reached the maximum of 92.32%,which had broad application prospects in the medical field.
