中文版理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表在住院老年患者中的信效度评价

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire in elderly inpatients

目的应用中文版理查兹—坎贝尔睡眠量表(RCSQ)调查某三级甲等医院老年患者的睡眠质量,以评价该量表在老年住院患者中的信度和效度。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2017年10月—2018年7月于辽宁省大连市某三级甲等医院住院的老年患者155例,采用一般资料调查表、中文版RCSQ量表对其进行调查,选取住院时间超过1周的30例患者进行重测信度的测量。通过内部一致性、重测信度、折半信度、结构效度,检验问卷的信效度。结果RCSQ量表总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.898,折半信度为0.837,各条目与总分之间的相关系数0.805~0.909(P<0.01);重测信度各条目间的相关性为0.362~0.884(P<0.05),总分间的相关性为0.671?(P<0.05);探索性因子分析共提取1个公因子,累计方差贡献率71.541%,KMO值为0.875,Bartlett值为460.834?(P<0.01);验证性因子分析显示,模型拟合度良好。结论中文版RCSQ量表用于住院老年患者的睡眠质量评价具有良好的信度与效度,可作为该人群睡眠研究或筛查的工具。

Objective To evaluate the sleep quality of elderly patients at a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Beijing with the Chinese version of Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ)and to assess the reliability and validity of the questionnaire in elderly inpatients.MethodsFrom October 2017 to July 2018,we selected 155 elderly inpatients at a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Dalian of Liaoning Province by purposive sampling.All of the patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of RCSQ.We assessed the test-retest reliability in 30 patients with hospital stay more than one week.Reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by the internal consistency,test-retest reliability,split-half reliability and construct validity.ResultsThe Cronbach'sαand split-half reliability of the total questionnaire were 0.898 and 0.837 respectively.The correlation coefficients between items and the total score ranged from 0.805 to 0.909(P<0.01).The item correlations of test-retest reliability ranged from 0.362 to 0.884(P<0.05)with 0.671 for the correlation in total scores(P<0.05).Exploratory factor analysis extracted one common factor with 71.541%for the cumulative variance contribution,0.875 for the KMO value and 460.834 for the Bartlett value(P<0.01).Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well.ConclusionsThe Chinese version of RCSQ has good reliability and validity in assessing sleep quality for elderly inpatients which can be an instrument for sleep research or screening in this population.
