摘要
目的探讨"院前-急诊科-ICU"情景模拟教学模式对护生急救思维能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取苏州卫生职业技术学院护理学院2016级护理专业2个大班学生作为研究对象。按照班级将其分为试验组(n=109)和对照组(n=99)。对照组护生采用传统案例讨论教学模式,试验组护生采用"院前-急诊科-ICU"情景模拟教学模式。教学结束后,采用自行设计的急救思维能力调查表对两组护生进行评价。结果实施后试验组急救思维能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急危重症护理教学中采取"院前-急诊科-ICU"情景模拟教学有利于培养在校护生的急救思维能力。
Objective To explore the effects of"prehospital-emergency department-intensive care unit(ICU)"scene simulation teaching on first-aid thinking skills among nursing students.MethodsWe selected nursing students from two classes enrolled in 2016,in Suzhou Vocational Health College Nursing School as subjects by convenience sampling.All of the students were divided into experimental group(n=109)and control group(n=99)according to classes.Nursing students of control group adopted the traditional teaching model of case discussion,while nursing students of experimental group were taught with the"prehospital-emergency department-ICU"scene simulation teaching model.After class,the self-designed first-aid thinking skills questionnaire was used to assess nursing students between two groups.ResultsAfter implementation,the first-aid thinking skills of experimental group was better than that of control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe application of"prehospital-emergency department-ICU"scene simulation teaching in emergency and critical care nursing education helps to cultivate the first-aid thinking skills for nursing students.
