摘要
在一些高可靠性场合中,发电机系统的可靠性技术研究非常关键,容错控制可以有效提高发电机系统的可靠性。电励磁双凸极发电机(doubly salient electro-magnetic generator,DSEG)是一种高可靠性的新型无刷直流发电机,针对这种电机一些故障类型的容错控制已有一些研究成果,但对其励磁故障容错控制却鲜见报道。介绍DSEG发电系统,并在此基础上分析了发电系统的励磁故障。分析发电系统在励磁故障下实现容错发电的基本原理与容错型功率变换器的选取原则。针对DSEG发电系统的励磁故障,提出一种基于四桥臂变换器的新型六拍容错发电控制方法,可以使DSEG在失去励磁绕组电流的情况下容错运行。构建容错发电系统实验平台并进行实验,验证了所提方法的可行性。
In the situations where high reliability is required, the research of reliability technology for generator systems is of great significance. Fault-tolerant control is one of the important approaches to improve system reliability. doubly salient electro-magnetic generator(DSEG) is a new type of brushless DC generators with high reliability, fault-tolerant control for some of its faults has been some research results,but the fault-tolerant control of excitation faults has not been studied. This paper introduced the DSEG power generation system and analyzed the excitation faults of the system. The basic principle of fault-tolerant operation of generator systems under excitation faults and the selection principle of fault-tolerant power converters were analyzed. A novel six-step fault-tolerant control method based on four-leg converters was proposed for excitation faults of DSEG systems, which can make the generator system run without excitation winding currents. An experimental platform of fault-tolerant generator systems is built and experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
