摘要
通过梳理建国70年居民消费价格的演变进程,总结不同消费类型和消费层级价格变化的特点,发现未来要从三方面着力稳定我国物价水平、完善价格形成机制,一是政府对消费价格的干预要适度;二是深化价格改革,放松对服务业价格的管制;三是加快建设"低生存成本型"社会。
By analysing the evolution of consumer prices in the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949 and summarizing the characteristics of price changes of different consumption types and consumption levels,the paper concludes that we are able to stabilize China’s price level and improve the price formation mechanism from three aspects.First,the government’s intervention in consumer prices shall be moderate;second,the government should deepen price reforms and relax the control of service industry prices;third,the society as a whole ought to accelerate the construction of "low-cost-of-living" society.
