摘要 "初中少先队与共青团衔接"是中学共青团和少先队的重点工作。然而就当前初中团队衔接的现状来看,初中生由少先队员向共青团员过渡阶段的"断层"现象普遍存在,主要表现在团队衔接教育内容缺乏系统性与科学性、团队衔接途径缺乏灵活性与趣味性、团队衔接管理体制缺乏整体性与专业性三个方面。基于人类发展生态学的理论视角,从微观、中观、外观和宏观四个系统出发对当前初中团队衔接的"断层"现象进行全面剖析,寻找团队衔接的"接口"以修补已经出现的"断层",通过完善衔接管理体制、丰富衔接教育内容、拓宽衔接途径来促进初中团队的有效衔接。
