用于检测皮瓣移植术后血红蛋白浓度的多方位反射式无创测试系统 被引量:2

Multi-directional reflective non-invasive test system for detecting hemoglobin concentration after skin flap transplantation

摘要 血红蛋白浓度作为衡量皮瓣移植手术部位恢复状况的重要指标,能较好地反映血液流通状态。目前常见的术后血运监测方法限于对皮肤温度、颜色和肿胀程度等物理观察和经验诊断,或仅通过血氧饱和度粗略判断,未见对血红蛋白浓度的实时监测。本文设计并搭建了一种用于检测皮瓣移植术后血红蛋白浓度的多方位反射式无创测试系统,通过对样本数据的采集分析引入修正系数,实现了血红蛋白浓度的无创检测。实验结果表明,6名志愿者连续10次测量结果的标准偏差较小;40组测量值与真值的相关性良好;皮肤加热后采集的血红蛋白浓度对温度变化灵敏,说明系统具有较好的稳定性、精确性和有效性。项目组将与河南大学淮河医院合作,对皮瓣移植术后患者的血红蛋白浓度进行临床检测,进一步校准数据并研发小型化便携式测量仪器,为术后护理提供更加可靠的依据。 Hemoglobin concentration,as an important indicator of the recovery of the surgical site of the flap graft, can reflect the state of blood circulation. Current methods for monitoring blood flow after surgery are limited to physical observations and empirical diagnosis of skin temperature,color and swelling, or only rough determination of oxygen saturation,and less to real-time monitoring of hemoglobin concentration. In this paper,a multi-directional reflective non-invasive test system for detecting hemoglobin concentration after skin flap transplantation is designed and constructed. Through the collection and analysis of sample data, a correction factor is introduced to achieve non-invasive detection of hemoglobin concentration. The experimental results show that the standard deviation of 10 consecutive measurements of 6 volunteers is relatively small;the correlation between 40 measurement values and true values is relatively strong;the concentration of hemoglobin collected after skin heating is sensitive to temperature changes, indicating that the system has good stability, accuracy and effectiveness. The project team will cooperate with the Huaihe Hospital of Henan University to conduct clinical testing of hemoglobin concentration in patients after flap transplantation, further calibrate the data and develop miniaturized portable measuring instruments to provide more reliable basis for postoperative care.
