If somebody introduces you an Ethiopian painter of 90 years old, you will think that this must be a very old man in his wheelchair,but who is he? If you are asked who is among the famous artists in Ethiopia, you must think of Lemma Guya, a centurial artist who initiated sheepskin paintings in Ethiopia and even in Africa, and whose works are collected and exhibited in the headquarter of the Africa Union. In February 2019, I paid a visit to him in the Lemma Arts Center.
