摘要
目的研究宫炎平对子代雄性大鼠生殖发育的影响。方法选取100只妊娠大鼠,随机分为溶媒对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组共4组。各组妊娠大鼠于妊娠15 d至离乳,每日给予雌性大鼠不同剂量的宫炎平片。子代雄性大鼠出生后正常喂养至出生后第43 d。测定子代雄性大鼠的体重,测量脏器系数,检测精子数、精子活动百分数等指标。结果中剂量组脾脏重量、脾脏系数高于溶媒对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),低剂量组及高剂量组胸腺系数存在显著性差异(P<0.01),其余脏器重量及脏器重量系数统计未见异常;各剂量组雄性大鼠睾丸重、附睾重、睾丸重量系数、附睾重量系数无统计学意义(P>0.05)。检查精子活力及精子畸形情况,各剂量组与溶媒对照组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫炎平对子代雄性大鼠生殖发育无毒性影响。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Gongyanping Tablets( GYP) on the reproductive development of offspring male rats. METHODS The respective GYP administration of 0,0.6,1.5,3.75 g·kg-1 to the four groups rats,each with twenty-four female rats,started from the day 15 of gestation( GD15) through weaning. The weight of offspring male rats were detected. Organ coefficient,sperm count,and the percentage of sperm motility were detected at PND43. RESULTS Compared with solvent control group,there was statistically significant difference in spleen weight and spleen coefficient of the GYP middle dose group( P < 0. 05). There was significant difference in the thymus coefficient of the low dose group and the high dose group( P<0.01).The remaining organ weight and organ weight coefficient statistics were normal. There was no significant difference in testicular weight,epididymis weight,testicular weight coefficient and epididymis weight coefficient on male rats in each dose group( P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the dose groups and the solvent control group in sperm motility and sperm deformity( P>0.05). CONCLUSION GYP has no toxic effect on reproductive development of offspring male rat.
