摘要
目的探究品管圈在提高医院药师门诊就诊人数及药学服务质量的作用。方法成立品管圈活动小组,运用品管圈相关的质量管理工具,通过现状把握、原因分析、对策拟定及实施、效果确认等步骤改进药师门诊开展过程中的相关问题,提高就诊人数。结果开展品管圈活动后,发现患者对药师门诊认知度不足、对药师信任度不高以及药师自我宣传不足。通过多渠道加大宣传药师门诊,以及组织药师参与慢病管理培训以提高其沟通技巧及专业水平等措施,2018年上半年孕产妇用药咨询门诊就诊人数提升了219.23%,其中2017年下半年就诊人数为26,2018年上半年为83。结论开展品管圈活动有助于提高医院药师门诊的病人就诊数量,可促进药学服务模式的转型。
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of quality control circle( QCC) in increasing the number of pharmacist-managed clinic( PMC) patients and the quality of pharmaceutical service. METHODS We set up a QCC group and followed the steps of quality management to improve the work of PMC. RESULTS After delivering QCC activity,lack of awareness of PMC,less trust and adherence of patients on pharmacists,and insufficient self-publicity of pharmacists were found as the main reasons Through multichannel publicity and chronic diseases training,the patients number of maternal PMC in the first half of 2018 increased by 219 23%,of which 26 were in the second half of 2017 and 83 were in the first half of 2018. CONCLUSION QCC is helpful to increase the number of PMC patients in hospital,and to promote the transformation of pharmaceutical service model.
