The Effects of Deep Needling and Shallow Needling on the Body from the Perspective of the Systems Biology

摘要 目的:从系统生物学角度探讨针刺深浅对机体的影响。方法:概述针刺深浅的概念、意义,并简述系统生物学的概念、内涵,分析针刺深浅与系统生物学的关系及针刺深浅对机体的作用。结果:在系统生物学的基础上,从多个系统,如神经调节系统、皮肤免疫系统、筋膜系统等来论述针刺深浅对机体的作用及其主要的作用机制。结论:在系统生物学的角度探讨针刺深浅的不同影响,不仅对探讨经典针灸深浅理论具有重要意义,也是对研究系统生物学提供了新思路,对于现代针灸学和生命科学的发展都具有深刻的意义。 Objective: To study the effects of deep needling and shallow needling on the body from the aspect the systems biology. Methods: The article summarizes the concept and significance of needling depth, introduces the definition and content of system biology briefly, and analyses the relationship between needling depth and systems biology as well as the effect of needling depth on the body. Results: On the basis of the systems biology, the effects of needling depth on the body and the main mechanism were discussed from multiple aspects, such as neuromodulation, skin immune system, and fascia system. Conclusions: Studying the effects of needling depth on mechanism based on systems biology is not only of great significance to discuss the depth theory of classic acupuncture and moxibustion, but also a new entry point to study the signification of needling depth, but also provided a starting point for systems biology research, which will have a profound influence on acupuncture as well as the development of life sciences.
