喂养行为评价量表研究进展

Research progress of feeding behavior evaluation methods

本文对国内外有关喂养行为量表的研制与应用情况进行综述。根据研究目的和侧重点的不同,对于国外量表主要从喂养行为、态度、观念评价和喂养方法、策略的评价等两个方面展开分析;对国内量表则按照时间顺序进行归纳。目前国内量表的研究较多集中于对国外量表的修订与应用,自主编制量表较少。通过对国内外喂养行为量表研究现状的分析与归纳,有助于认清国内与国外同类研究的不同和差距,为喂养行为评价工具的选择或开发提供参考依据。

The research and application of feeding behavior scales are reviewed in this paper.According to the research purpose and focus,the foreign scales are mainly analyzed from the following aspects: evaluation of feeding behavior,attitude and concept,and evaluation of feeding method and strategy.Domestic scales are summarized in chronological order.At present,the research on domestic scales focus on the revision and application of foreign scales,and there are fewer self-made scales.Through the analysis and induction of the research status of domestic and international feeding behavior scales,it is helpful to recognize the differences and gaps between domestic and foreign similar researches,and provide reference for the selection or development of feeding behavior evaluation tools.
