海洋深层水对泌乳不足乳母的催乳作用研究

目的观察海洋深层水对泌乳不足乳母的催乳作用。方法采用便利抽样方法于2017年5月至2018年5月给予济南市46名产后乳汁分泌不足乳母海洋深层水,试验期限为9天,与饮用前进行自身对比,观察饮用海洋深层水后乳母乳房胀满度及婴儿吸吮量的变化,并对结果进行统计分析。结果饮用海洋深层水后,感觉乳房胀满和认为宝宝吸乳量增加的乳母人数逐渐增多,呈现上升趋势;停止饮水后,有同样感知的乳母人数依然较多,但有下降趋势。对催乳效果认为非常满意者占21.74%、满意者占63.04%。按照不同年龄对乳母分组比较,其催乳满意度分布差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.39,P=0.92);按照不同胎次对乳母分组比较,其催乳满意度分布差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.52,P=0.50)。结论海洋深层水能够促进乳汁分泌,以长期饮用为佳,且对各年龄段和不同胎次的乳母均有良好催乳效果。

Objective To investigate the lactagogue effect of deep-sea water on hypogalactia. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 46 lactating mothers with insufficient milk secretion after delivery in Jinan were recruited by convenient sampling method to provide with deep-sea water for 7 days. The duration of the experiment was 9 days. The degree of breast swelling and the change of infant sucking volume after drinking deep-sea water were observed and compared with those before drinking, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The number of lactating mothers with breast fullness and considering in raising babies, appetite was gradually increased after intake of deep-sea water, which showed an ascending tendency. When stopping drinking, the number of lactating mothers with the same perception still increased, but showed a descending tendency. The proportions of mothers with great satisfaction and satisfaction were 21.74% and 63.04%, respectively. There was no significant difference in satisfaction degree on lactation between lactating mothers grouped according to age(χ~2=1.39,P=0.92). The difference in satisfaction degree on lactation between lactating mothers grouped according to parity was not significant(χ~2=1.52, P=0.50). Conclusion Deep-sea water can promote lactating and be taken for long term, which obtains good effect on lactation for mothers of different age and with different parity.
