高考录取方式对大学生发展的影响——基于北京市高校大学生追踪调查数据的分析

The Influence of Admission Routes on the Prospects of College Students:Based on Analysis of the Follow-up Survey Data of College Students in Beijing

基于2011—2014年北京市高校大学生追踪调查数据,比较分析不同方式录取的学生在本科期间的发展差异。研究发现,第一志愿录取的学生在大一时对学业和就业等各方面都充满信心,且有着较好的表现;随着大学4年的培养,其他志愿尤其是调剂志愿录取的学生在学业表现、就业和升学等各方面逐渐赶上甚至超越第一志愿录取的学生,表明高考录取方式对大学生长期发展的影响呈逐渐减弱态势。

We use the 1459 undergraduate data obtained from the 2011-2014 Beijing college students tracking survey to analyze the academic and employment prospects for students. We found that, students that accepted by first choice were confident in their academic and employment career and had a good performance in their freshman year. With the development for four years, other students, especially those who were accepted by adjustment choice,have gradually caught up in academic performance, employment and further studies. Whether students are accepted by first choice has little effect on the long-term development of students. It is reasonable to break the professional boundaries of higher education.
