教师测评素养国内研究现状与前景展望 被引量:20

摘要 通过分析国内有关教师测评素养的已有研究成果,探讨其研究态势和研究焦点。结果发现:学界虽对该领域做了不少探究,但国内研究相对滞后,研究内容多有重复,研究对象覆盖面不足,研究方法单一,现状调查局域性较强,已有研究大多未能体现出具体的学科属性。在分析现状的基础上,提出相应的建议:应分学科、分层次、分地域调查我国教师测评素养现状,加强比较分析和实证调研,完善教师测评素养的内容框架,构建我国教师测评素养的评估指标体系,建立教师测评素养长效培训机制。 This paper, based on literature metrology, makes systematic analysis of research literature on teachers’ assessment literacy in China. The finding shows that educational scholars have conducted much exploration in this field, but the problems of current research mainly lie in such factors as the lag of domestic research, the overlap of research content, the inadequate coverage of research subjects, the singularity of methods,and the locality of surveys. The paper puts forward four suggestions: 1)comprehensive investigation on teachers’ assessment literacy condition among different disciplines at multi-levels and in various regions;2)strengthening comparative analysis and empirical research;3)perfecting the content framework for assessment literacy;4)establishing evaluation system and strengthening long-term training system.
