实性囊性汗腺瘤一例

A solid-cystic hidradenoma

65岁女性患者,头顶反复出现肿物8年,先后2次激光术去除,但仍复发。组织病理示:表皮、真皮内可见实性的肿瘤团块,内有大小不等的囊腔,瘤体实性部分主要由嗜碱性、多边形或梭形瘤细胞组成,胞核椭圆形、深染,胞质淡染,局部见向汗腺导管分化改变。诊断:实性囊性汗腺瘤。肿物完整切除术后,随访1年无复发。

A 65-year-old female patient had recurrent tumors on her vertex for 8 years, which had been removed twice by laser surgery, but still recurred. The patient was admitted to our hospital and underwent surgical excision. Histopathological examination showed that there were solid tumor masses with cystic cavities of different size in epidermis and dermis. The solid component of the tumor was mainly composed of basophilic, polygonal or fusiform cells, with oval hyperchromatic nucleus and pale cytoplasm, and sweat gland ducts differentiation could be seen locally. Diagnosis: solid-cystic hidradenoma. No recurrence occurred after 1 year of follow-up.
