依达拉奉应用于急性脑梗死并肺感染溶栓治疗患者中的疗效观察

Efficacy of edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection and thrombolytic therapy

目的探讨依达拉奉应用于急性脑梗死(ACI)并肺感染溶栓治疗患者中的疗效观察。方法湖北省人民医院神经内科2018年1月至12月收治ACI合并肺感染的患者60例,分为对照组30例使用常规溶栓治疗及对肺部感染的对症治疗,研究组30例在对照组治疗基础上使用依达拉奉注射液,对比两组患者治疗后的血管内皮和神经功能,炎性因子及临床治疗比较。结果治疗后,两组血管内皮和神经功能各项指标均较治疗前改善;研究组炎性因子表达量低于对照组;研究组总有效率96.67%高于对照组76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉注射液能有效治疗ACI及肺部感染溶栓治疗患者的血管损伤情况,改善神经系统功能,临床治疗效果明显。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and thrombolytic therapy for pulmonary infection. Methods From January to December 2018, 60 patients with ACI complicated with pulmonary infection were admitted to the Department of Neurology of Hubei People's Hospital. They were divided into control group (30 cases) treated with routine thrombolysis and symptomatic treatment of pulmonary infection. Study group (30 cases) treated with edaravone injection on the basis of control group (30 cases). Vascular endothelium and nerve function, inflammatory factors and clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the vascular endothelial and neurological indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment;the expression of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that of the control group;the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group76.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone injection can effectively treat vascular injury in patients with acute cerebral infarction and thrombolysis with pulmonary infection, improve nervous system function, and has obvious clinical treatment effect.
