高龄患者支架置入术中致冠状动脉破裂1例 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heartdisease, CHD)已跃居我国成人心脏病患者住院和死亡原因的首位,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronaryIntervention, PCI)作为治疗CHD的重要手段,已在临床广泛应用。但随着PCI复杂程度的增加,冠状动脉破裂、穿孔发生率也呈上升趋势。心脏血管破裂出血是PCI最严重的并发症,病情急重凶险,病死率高,死亡的主要原因是心包填塞和失血性休克。
