摘要
采用延时曝气序批式反应器(EASBR)对某垃圾焚烧发电厂的垃圾渗滤液进行处理,研究了调试阶段反应器内活性污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质和多糖含量与污泥比阻的关系.结果表明:在运行初期,反应器内EPS中蛋白质含量随运行时间先升后降,在反应器运行至第19 d时,每克干污泥中蛋白质含量达到最大值118.27 mg;而后开始下降,最终每克干污泥中蛋白质含量稳定在45~50 mg左右;EPS中蛋白质含量变化明显,且远远高于多糖含量.污泥比阻随EPS中蛋白质含量的增加而上升,但并未随蛋白质含量的下降而下降.分析认为垃圾渗滤液的生物毒性使得运行初期反应器内的EPS中蛋白质含量上升,而微生物的降解利用又使得蛋白质含量下降.同时在反应器运行至第30 d时,轮虫等后生动物出现,最终导致污泥比阻出现下降.
Extended aeration sequence batch reactor(EASBR) was established to treat leachate from a municipal solid waste incineration plant.Both the extracellular polymers(EPS) contents and the specific resistance of sludge were examined in the commissioning phase of the reactor.Results showed that the concentration of protein in EPS went up firstly and down later at the initial running.At Day 19,the concentration of protein was maximum of 118.27 mg,and then it had been declining,with the final concertration of 45-50 mg.Protein concertration changed obviously,which was far higher than that of polysaccharide.Sludge specific resistance in the reactor was found to increase with the increase of protein concentration,but it went down at Day 35.It was thought that biological toxicity of leachate made protein concentration increase at the beginning,and extended aeration then made it go down.At Day 30,rotifers(a kind of metazoan) appeared in EASBR,and finally resulted in the decline of sludge specific resistance.
