α-SiW_(11)Cu/PANI/ZnO复合材料的制备及光降解亚甲基蓝

摘要 该文采用共沉淀法合成了α-SiW_(11)Cu/PANI/ZnO三元复合催化剂,并通过IR、UV、XRD、XPS、SEM对该催化剂进行表征。用亚甲基蓝的光降解效率来评估该复合催化剂的光催化性能。可得出以下结论:初始浓度为10 mg/mL、pH为5的亚甲基蓝溶液中加入50 mg/L的催化剂,30 W紫外灯作为照射光源,当降解时间为200 min时,其降解率可达94.04%。亚甲基蓝光降解过程符合一级动力学方程,其反应速率常数为3.49×10^(-3)min^(-1),拟合常数为0.991 8。此外该复合催化剂具有较好的重复使用性。 The ternary composite catalystα-SiW11 Cu/PANI/ZnO was prepared and characterized by IR, UV, XRD and SEM.The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was selected as probe to evaluate the enhanced photocatalytic activity of the as-synthesized α-SiW11 Cu/PANI/ZnO. Experimental results showed that the decoloration efficiency of methylene blue achieved 94.04% when 10 mg/L of methylene blue containing simulated solution at pH 5 was treated by ultraviolet light with 50 mg/L of α-SiW11 Cu/PANI/ZnO as catalyst. The kinetics of the photodegradation of methylene blue is satisfied by the pseudo-first-order equation,with a constant at 3.49×10-3 min-1,and fitting coefficient of 0.991 8. The photocatalyst α-SiW11 Cu/PANI/ZnO also exhibits good reusability.
