陈天然经验方麻杏前胡饮治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of the treatment of acute stage of chronic bronchitis

目的:观察陈天然主任医师经验方麻杏前胡饮治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:选取在医院治疗的60例慢性支气管炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予抗生素,解痉平喘、止咳化痰药;观察组在西医治疗基础上加用陈天然主任医师经验方麻杏前胡饮。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组为76.6%,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上,加用麻杏前胡饮能提高慢性支气管炎急性发作期的治疗效果。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic bronchitis attack by tianran Chen 's chief physi- cian experience fang maxing qianhu decoction. Methods: 60 patients with chronic bronchitis treated in the hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 30 patients. The control group was treated with antibiotics, spasmolysis, antiasthmatic and expectorant drugs. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group and 76.6% in the control group, showing statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of the basic treatment of western medicine, it can improve the curative effect of acute stage of chronic bronchitis.
