乌鳖口服液治疗早发性卵巢功能不全脾肾亏虚证临床研究

Clinical study of Wu-bie oral liquid in treating premature ovarian insufficiency with deficiency of spleen and Kidney Syndrome

目的:观察乌鳖口服液对早发性卵巢功能不全脾肾亏虚证的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年8月~2017年8月在江苏省中医院妇科门诊就诊的早发性卵巢功能不全脾肾亏虚证患者,观察治疗前后症状积分、激素水平、卵巢直径与窦卵泡个数。结果:乌鳖口服液可改善围绝经期临床症状,降低FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone促卵泡生成素)、LH(luteinizing hormone促黄体生成素),升高E2(Estradiol雌二醇)、P(Proglsterone孕酮),增加窦卵泡个数。结论:乌鳖口服液对脾肾亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全有较好疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Wu-bie oral liquid on patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome of premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2017,the patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney syn-drome of premature ovarian insufficiency were selected from gynecological outpatient clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. The symptom score,hormone level,ovarian diameter and number of antral follicles were observed before and after treatment.Result:Wu-bie oral liquid can improve the clinical symptoms of peri-menopausal period,reduce the serous FSH,LH,raise the serous E2,P,increase the number of antral follicles. Conclusion:Wu-bie oral liquid has good curative effect on premature ovarian insufficiency caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney.
