中医辨证分型治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of acute renal injury of sepsis by Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation

目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤的临床疗效。方法:随机将164例脓毒症急性肾损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组和实验组均为82例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,实验组采用中医辨证分型联合西药治疗,比较两组治疗的效果。结果:实验组总疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证分型联合西药治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤,临床疗效显著,具有临床实用价值。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of acute renal injury of sepsis.Methods:Random will 164 cases of acute renal injury with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups,Both the control group and the experimental group were 82 cases,The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine,The differences in therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:By comparison between the control group and the experimental group,the total curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine in the treatment of a-cute renal injury patients with sepsis has significant clinical efficacy and practical value.
