摘要
全自动液体软包装机的关键机构包括主传动机构、进给装置及膜袋成型装置。主传动机构采用链轮装置带动主轴旋转,进给装置机构使用一对齿轮副带动被动轴转动使胶辊组逆向转动实现进给,膜袋成型装置主要由放膜、预防及成型装置组成。
The key mechanism of automatic liquid flexible packaging machine includes main drive mechanism, feeder mechanism and film bag molding device. The main drive mechanism uses the sprocket device to drive the spindle to rotate, and the feed device uses a pair of gears to drive the driven shaft to rotate so as to realize the reverse rotation of the cots to feed. The film bag molding device is mainly composed of film releasing, preventing and forming devices.
