摘要
采用微波消解法和水浴消解法分别溶解农产品样品,采用冷原子荧光光谱法测定硒元素的含量。经比较,两种方法的检出限分别为1.05ng/g和0.93ng/g,精密度分别为1.98%~8.44%和1.19%~5.22%。经国家一级标准物质验证,两种消解方法均能满足农产品质量管理规范要求,可用于农产品样品的分析测定。
The samples of agricultural products were dissolved by microwave digestion and waterbath digestion respectively, and the content of selenium was determined by cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry. By comparison, the detection limits of the two methods were 1.05 ng/g and 0.93 ng/g, and the precision was 1.98%~8.44% and 1.19%~5.22%, respectively. As proved by first grade standard materials, the two digestion methods can meet the requirements of agricultural product quality management standards and can be used for the analysis and determination of agricultural product samples.
