摘要
围绕农业工程应用型人才缺乏等问题,以本科生能力培养为目标,以校企融合发展为导向,通过培养方案修订、凝练课程体系、创新教育教学方法、校企协同育人等举措,实施“分类培养、融合发展、实践递推”三位一体的本科应用型人才培养模式,强化本科生工程创新能力的培养,已取得初步成效。
Focusing on problems such as the lack of applied talents in agricultural engineering, taking undergraduate ability training as the goal and school-enterprise integrated development as the guidance, by revising the training program, refining the curriculum system, innovating the education and teaching methods, and educating students in collaboration with schools and enterprises, the trinity of "classified training, integrated development, and practical recurrence" is implemented to cultivate undergraduate application-oriented talents. Strengthening the cultivation of undergraduate engineering innovation ability has achieved initial results.
