山西某铜矿磨矿分级自动化控制系统的运用与实践 被引量:1

摘要 结合中条山集团铜矿峪矿选矿厂磨矿分级系统的生产情况,引进了自动化控制系统。该系统投入使用后,实现了球磨机的优化给矿和比例给水,稳定了磨矿浓度和产品细度,最终球磨机台效提高了12.5%,处理能力由1.6539万t/d提高到1.8347万t/d,挖掘了生产潜力,提高了企业经济效益。 Based on the production of grinding and classification system in Tongyu concentrator of Zhongtiaoshan Group,an automatic control system is introduced.After the system is put into use,the optimized feed and proportional feed of ball mill are realized,and the grinding concentration and product fineness are stabilized.Finally,the efficiency of ball mill is increased by12.5%,the processing capacity is improved from16 539 t/d to18347 t/d,and the production potential is excavated.The economic benefits of enterprises have been improved.
