摘要
松软厚煤层沿顶掘进巷道回采期间,为提高采煤工作面原煤回采率,需要分次落底,形成超高巷道。超高巷道顶板采用加强锚索补强支护,中上部采用圆木绞架接顶护帮,在圆木绞架形成的假顶下架设U型钢棚进行沿空留巷。同时,采用定向预裂爆破技术切断采空区顶板与沿空留巷顶板的压力传递路线,消除或减弱了采空区顶板的周期性压力对沿空留巷顶板的影响,提高沿空留巷效果。
During the mining period of roadway driving along roof in soft and thick coal seam,in order to improve the recovery rate of raw coal in coal mining face,it is necessary to fall to the bottom step by step to form super-high roadway.In the roof of super-high roadway,the reinforcement support of anchor cable and the roof protection of log winch are adopted,and the U-shaped steel shed is erected under the false roof formed by log winch to retain the roadway along the goaf.At the same time,the directional pre-splitting blasting technology is used to cut off the pressure transmission line between the goaf roof and the goaf-side retaining roadway roof,eliminating or weakening the influence of the periodic pressure of the roof on the goaf-side retaining roadway roof and ensuring the effect of goaf-side retaining roadway.
