摘要
玉溪大红山铁矿随着开采深度的增加,生产成本逐年上升,为进一步节约生产成本,创造经济效益,针对大红山铁矿点多面广的采场布置情况,结合每个采场的实际情形,通过优化采切设计,减少设计进路掘进工程量,达到节约投资成本的目的。大红山铁矿二期采矿工程西上、分采采区西翼采区340m分段位于340m分段A32~A34E勘探线之间,标高为340~355m,采区西部有原Ⅲ号矿体、Ⅳ号矿体开拓系统A32E沿脉、东部有东上采区6#穿脉共同穿过矿体,结合西翼采区340m原采切设计的出矿进路布置情况,发现可结合已有工程的矿体揭露情况来确定矿体边界,减少原设计进路掘进工程量。
With the increase of mining depth,the production cost of Yuxi Dahongshan iron mine is increasing year by year.In order to further save production costs and create economic benefits,aiming at the stope layout of Dahongshan iron mine,combining with the actual situation of each stope,by optimizing the design of mining and cutting,reducing the amount of design roadway excavation,the purpose of saving investment cost is achieved.The340 m section of the west wing mining area of the second-phase mining project of Dahongshan iron mine is located between the340 m section A32-A34E exploration line with an elevation of340-355 m.The original Ⅲ and Ⅳ ore body development system A32E is located along the vein in the west of the mining area,and 6# laneway on the east side passes through the ore body.This paper combines the original design of the340 m mine roadway in the western mining area,it is found that the ore body boundary can be determined according to the existing roadway conditions,and the amount of roadway driving can be reduced.
