大红山铁矿Ⅲ、Ⅳ号矿体Ⅲ1-2b、Ⅲ1-3b难回收边角矿体回采方案及应用

摘要 大红山矿铁Ⅲ号矿体、Ⅳ号矿体持续生产盘区采用分段空场法和房柱法进行回采,该矿段矿石和顶板围岩多属中等稳固或稳固类,本次设计盘区矿体属于边角矿体,矿体逐渐尖灭,变化较大,且矿体倾角缓,属于缓倾斜矿体。采用分段空场法进行回采,采切工程量大,中深孔控制范围内矿量少,损失率大,废石混入率大。本次结合现场初步设计及生产现状,采用房柱法回收该部分矿体,解决了Ⅲ号矿体、Ⅳ号矿体难回收边角矿的回收利用及持续稳定生产的问题,对类似矿山具有一定的借鉴意义。 The continuous production area of No.Ⅲ and No.Ⅳ ore bodies in Dahongshan iron mine is extracted by the segmental empty field method and the room-column method.The ore and roof surrounding rocks of the ore section are mostly moderately stable or stable.The ore body of this design area belongs to the corner ore.The body,the ore body gradually disappears,the change is large,and the ore body is gently inclined,belonging to the gently inclined ore body.The segmented empty field method is used for mining,and the amount of mining and cutting is large.The amount of minerals in the mid-deep hole control range is small,the loss rate is large,and the waste rock mixing rate is large.This time,combined with the preliminary design and production status of the site,the part of the ore body is recovered by the room-column method,which solves the problem of recycling and sustainable production of No.Ⅲ and No.Ⅳ ore bodies,and has certain reference significance for similar mines.
