露天采矿机在厚煤层开采中的应用研究

Research on the mining thick coal seam by the machine opencast miner

在露天煤矿开采厚煤层的实际生产中,电铲或液压挖掘机已成为采煤主流设备,但一些省钱、高效的非主流设备则被煤炭企业冷落和忽视。本文主要针对露天采矿中冷门设备用于开采厚煤层的作业研究,优化其行径线路及开采程序以提高生产效率,并通过与主流设备的对比和分析,得出露天采矿机开采厚煤层在经济效益和作业效率方面均具有较大优势,为生产企业的降本提效提供了基础和依据。

In the actual production of the opencast,the shovel or hydraulic excavator has become the mainstream of mining equipment for thick coal seam,some of the cost-effective alternative equipment are snubbed and ignored by coal enterprise.This paper mainly aims at the research of opencast miner which is one of the ignored equipment in mining thick coal seam,optimization of its behavior lines and process to increase productivity,and by comparing with shovel or excavator,conclude that in the aspect of economy and efficiency opencast miner has a larger advantage more than shovel or hydraulic excavator when mining thick seams.This paper provides the basis for production enterprises in reducing costs and improving efficiency.
