The karst valley landscape of Chaibuxi

柴埠溪岩溶峡谷位于鄂西南岩溶山区,岩溶形态丰富多样,岩溶景观主要为峰林、象形山、洞穴、天生桥等。峡谷以中上寒武统娄山关组的白云岩地层为物质基础,在地壳抬升,河流侵蚀下切作用下形成,形态优美。峡谷区具有很高的美学价值和旅游价值,开发利用景观资源,需要加强生态环境保护工作,积极进行科普宣传。

Chaibuxi karst gorge is located in the southwest of Hubei karst mountain area,karst morphological diversity.The karst landscapes are generally classified into peak forest,pictographic mountains,caves,natural arch,et al.All are developed in Upper-Middle Cambrian dolomite strata of the Loushanguan group as the foundation,formed under the cut under the action of crustal uplift,river erosion,beautiful shape.The aesthetic value and tourist value in Canyon area are high.Development and utilization of landscape resources need to be strengthened ecological and environmental protection work,positive for science popularization.
