一种重力流出给料槽的测试及分析

摘要 文章以大米为典型物料,分析了它的物料特性以及影响其重力流出速率与误差的相关因素,如流动形式、颗粒混合、负压现象、内摩擦角、壁面摩擦角、粮仓效应等,对一种重力流出给料方式的给料槽形状进行了理论分析与实际测试,并将测试数据与理论分析结果进行了对比。
