摘要
目的构建基于甘草饮片复合质量常数结合色度指标的等级评价标准。方法通过考察甘草饮片外观、浸出物、含量等指标,构建复合质量常数,与色度进行相关性分析,两者呈极显著正相关,将复合质量常数等级划分简化为色度等级划分。结果根据复合质量常数结果,将甘草饮片划分为四等:一等≥12.93,二等<12.93且≥11.39,三等<11.39且≥7.01,等外<7.01。参照复合质量常数等级,采用色度进行分等,把甘草饮片划分为四等:一等甘草饮片内芯b~*≥36.94,外皮a~*≥9.96;二等甘草饮片内芯b~*<36.94且≥34.58,外皮a~*<9.96且≥7.03;三等甘草饮片内芯b~*<34.58且≥31.89,外皮a~*<7.03且≥6.53;等外甘草饮片内芯b~*<31.89,外皮a~*<6.53。结论构建了甘草饮片等级标准,为现阶段甘草饮片的等级评价提供了新的模式。
Objective To construct grade evaluation of Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces based on compound quality constant and chroma.Methods Through investigating appearance, extracts and content of Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces, compound quality constant was constructed. Correlation analysis between compound quality constant and chromaticity is very significant positive correlation.So the grade of the compound quality constant could be simplified to the grade of chromaticity.Results According to the result of the compound quality constant, Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces were divided into four grades : the first grade was is greater than or equal to 12.93, the second grade was greater than or equal to 11.39 but less than 12.93;the third grade was greater than or equal to 7.01 but less than 11.39;the last grade was less than 7.01. According to compound quality constant grade, Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces was divided into four grades by the inner core b~* value and the a~* value of the outer skin.The first grade of the inner core b~* was greater than or equal to 36.94 and the outer skin a~* was greater than or equal to 9.96;the second grade of the inner core b~* was greater than or equal to 34.58 but less than 36.94 and the outer skin a~* was greater than or equal to 7.03 but less than 9.96;the third grade of the inner core b~* was greater than or equal to 31.89 but less than 34.58 and the outer skin a~* was greater than or equal to 6.53 but less than 7.03;the last grade of the inner core b~* was less than 31.89 and the outer skin a~* was less than 6.53.Conclusion The grade standard of Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces has been constructed, which provides a new model for grading the Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces.
