运用易医脐针辨治失眠经验探析

Experience in treating insomnia by using I-Ching Navel Acupuncture

总结杨志敏教授运用易医脐针治疗原发性失眠的经验。杨教授认为,原发性失眠可存在"相火内扰,火金结滞""木气失和,上逆下陷""中土气虚,枢转不利""正气耗散,四维停滞""脉络壅塞,窍道不通"等人体气机圆运动升降失常的病机,通过右降四针、左升四针、四隅位、四正位、山泽通气等脐针治法,以达到升降复圆、寤寐可安的目的。

This paper was conducted to summarize professor Yang Zhimin’s experience in treating primary insomnia with I-Ching Navel Acupuncture. Professor Yang believes that the pathological mechanism of primary insomnia may be associated with the disturbance in ascending and descending related to the circular movement in vital energy of the human body, such as "the internal disturbance of the premier fire, and the stagnation of fire and gold","the disharmony of wood, as well as upward invasion of liver-Qi and sinking of Qi in middle-jiao","the deficiency of Qi in earth, and the disturbance in Qi transformation","the dissipation of the vital-Qi, and the stagnation of four-dimension", and "blood stasis of arteries and veins, and the obstruction of channels". Through navel acupuncture manipulation of dropping 4 needles on the right side, rising 4 needles on the left side, obeying the needling sequence of Xùn-Gèn-Qián-Kūn and Lí-Kǎn-Zhèn-Duì, and ventilating the Gèn-Duì in the eight trigrams, I-Ching navel acupuncture can eventually achieve the goal of improving disturbance in ascending and descending of the circular movement, and inner stability at any time of patients both when awaking and when sleeping.
