摘要
目的为新品系、新栽培模式人参的选优选育提供理论依据。方法对首次采用日光温室栽培模式的6个种质人参的8个主要农艺性状进行数量遗传学相关研究,为吉林地区日光温室栽培人参的群体选择、单株选择提供理论依据。结果在该地区进行育种群体选择时,地上部分应在保证总叶面积较大的前提下,提高茎粗植株的选择,地下部分则应在选择主根较长植株的同时,提高主根粗植株的选择。结论在各品系优质单株的选择中,野参Ⅰ、Ⅱ呈现出较高的育种值和遗传增益,是两个较有前途的品系。
Objective This experiment aims to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of new strains and new cultivation models of ginseng.Methods In the experiment, we employ quantitative genetic analysis of eight major agronomic traits of six germplasm ginseng for the first time in the solar greenhouse cultivation model,which provided a preliminary basis for breeding group selection and single plant selection in the region.Results In the selection of breeding populations in the Jilin area, the aboveground part should improve the selection of thick stems one under the premise of ensuring a large total leaf area, the underground part should select longer root lengths one while selecting plants with thick main roots. Conclusion The selection of plants,in the selection of high quality individual plants of various strains, wild ginseng Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed higher breeding value and genetic gain, which are two promising strains.
