Reform and Development of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Enrollment Expansion

高职扩招是国家做出的重大教育决策,要从更宏观的历史背景和空间地域广度来认识,要从服务于我国经济转型升级、高质量发展的高度来认识,要从国家“稳就业”的高度来认识,要从新时代教育改革发展的趋势来认识。本文分别从国家战略、高职教育发展、长三角地区高职教育的发展以及高职院校自身的改革发展等视角,探讨了如何从新的高度认识高职扩招对国家发展的意义,扩招背景下高职教育改革发展面临的机遇与挑战,长三角教育一体化背景下高职教育的改革与发展等问题。

The increased enrollment of higher vocational colleges is one of the most important educational decisions made by the state, which should be understood from a broader historical background and spatial breadth, from a high level of serving the transformation and upgrading of China's economic and the high-quality development, from a high level of the country's "stable employment;and from the trend of educational reform and development in the new era. From the perspectives of national strategy, the development of higher vocational education, the development of higher vocational education in the Yangtze River Delta and the reform and development of higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses how to recognize the significanee of the expansion of higher vocational education to the national development from a new height, expounds the opportunities and challenges for the reform and development of higher vocational education under the background of enrollment expansion, and explains the reform and development of higher vocational education under the background of the integration of education in the Yangtze River Delta.
