职业教育“鲁班工坊”国际化发展的成效与展望

The Construction Achievements and Development Countermeasures of Luban Workshop under the Belt and Road Initiative

职业教育国际化是我国教育对外开放的重要组成部分。"一带一路”倡议下我国不断探索职业教育国际化发展新对策,鲁班工坊便是其一。作为天津市服务职业教育国际化发展的重要举措,鲁班工坊有效为合作国家培养了适应当地经济社会发展需要的技术技能人才,有力促进了我国职业教育国际化进程的进一步发展,并取得了一定成效。同时,文章通过文献研究法、实证研究法发现其自身发展存在建设规模不足、资金来源单一、外联渠道单薄三点问题,并提出三点解决对策:依托五方携手、五业联动,扩大鲁班工坊数量;扩展渠道、引流资金,确保源源内生动力;以政府为主导,搭建双边、多边外联通道。

The internationalization of vocational education is an important part of China's education opening to the outside world. Under the Belt and Road Initiative, China has continuously explored new countermeasures for the international development of vocational education. Luban Workshop is one of them. As a general measure serving the international development of vocational education in Tianjin, Luban Workshop has effectively trained the technical talents that meet the needs of local economic and social development for the cooperative countries, which has promoted the international development of vocational education in China But at the same time, through the literature research method and the empirical research method, this paper found that the development of Luban Workshop has three problems insufficient construction scale, single source of funds, and thin external communicatio n channels. It also proposes to expand the number of Luban workshops, expand channels,and drain funds by relying on the cooperation of the five parties and the five industries. To ensure the endogenous power of the source, take the government as the leading factor, and build a bilateral and multilateral outreach channel to solve the problem.
