高校图书馆开展自我评估对于图书馆管理工作的科学化、规范化,提升自身的工作能力和质量等具有重要意义。本文主要从自我评估的目的意义、自我评估的原则、自我评估的方法和自我评估应注意的问题等几个方面对高校图书馆工作者的自我评估进行研究,本着理论与实践并重的原则,整理探索科学的评估方法。
