疼痛应重新定义

Pain should be redefined

鉴于国际疼痛学会(IASP)的疼痛定义忽略了引起疼痛的始发原因,且近年的科学证据表明,疼痛是可测量的生理反应,因而不应该将疼痛完全定义是主观的。作者在本文中提出了疼痛的新定义,指出疼痛的物质基础和疼痛的客观性。这一新定义对疼痛性疾病的临床治疗有重要的指导意义。

In view of that the IASP pain definition ignores the initial cause of the pain, and the scientific evidence that pain is a measurable amount of physiological reaction in recent years, therefore pain should not be defined completely to be subjective. The authors put forward a new pain definition, in which the material basis and the objectivity of pain are indicated. This new pain definition is of important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of pain diseases.
