以疼痛为主要表现的慢性汞中毒三例报告

Pain as a chief complaint in chronic mercury poisoning: three cases report

本文报道因接触含汞美容化妆品或药品的汞中毒患者3例,出现不明原因腰腿痛、头痛及四肢肌肉疼痛。入院后复习接触史,查尿汞明显高于正常值,遂诊断为慢性汞中毒。给予驱汞治疗,预后良好。在以疼痛为主要表现的慢性汞中毒患者中,易于忽略其职业或接触史而导致误诊。明确诊断为慢性汞中毒的患者,应尽早进行驱汞治疗。

Three patients mainly complained pain in lumbar-leg, head and the extremities and were diagnosed as chronic mercury poisoning by cosmetics or external drugs were reported in this paper. By reviewing their medical history, the authors discovered that the urine mercury level was higher than normal. Thereafter the diagnosis was made as chronic mercury poisoning. After mercury removal treatment, the pain disappeared. Misdiagnosis can be easily made if ignoring the occupation or contact history in the patients with mercury poisoning and pain as main clinical symptoms. Once a patient diagnosed as chronic mercury poisoning, mercury displacement should be treated as soon as possible.
