子宫内膜异位症体外受精-胚胎移植结局相关影响因素及对策 被引量：12

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)好发于育龄女性,且与不孕症密切相关。体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)是帮助EMs相关性不孕患者受孕的有效手段,但在控制性卵巢刺激(COS)方案的选择、助孕效果的评估等诸多方面尚存争议。因此,本文就EMs患者IVF-ET助孕结局的影响因素、手术和药物预处理以及COS方案的选择作一综述。
